Announces Change in Executive Leadership

Hong Kong, 30 November 2011 — Automated Systems Holdings Limited (‘ASL’) (SEHK stock code: 771), a leading IT services provider in the region, today announced that it has named Henry Hui as Chief Executive Officer (‘CEO’), and also as an Executive Director of the Board, effective December 1, 2011. Currently Mr. Hui is Senior Vice President of Sales, Hong Kong, Macau & Mainland China, for Automated Systems (HK) Limited. In his role as CEO, he will focus on strengthening ASL’s current position as a leader in IT services and solutions in Asia Pacific. Mr. Hui will succeed Y.T. Lai, who has been the CEO since 2002.1 Mr Lai will be elevated to the position of Vice Chairman of ASL, and will also remain a board member.

Mr. Hui has spent more than 16 years with ASL, starting as a Sales Executive and promoted to different sales and general management positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Computer and Electronic Engineering from the Oregon State University in the U.S.A.

To further establish ASL as a leading IT services provider, Mr. Simon Leung, Executive Director of Automated Systems Holdings Limited, will now be responsible for exploring more opportunities to develop the business, including mergers and acquisitions and capital investment. Mr. Leung will continue in his role as a chairman of the board of directors for i-Sprint Innovations Pte. Ltd. (‘i-Sprint’), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ASL. Incorporated in Singapore, i-Sprint is principally engaged in the business of developing, distributing, implementing and supporting technology risk management products. These world-class products are suitable for financial and insurance institutions and corporations with high security demand environments that require credential and assess management solutions globally. In addition, Mr. Leung has been appointed as a senior advisor on behalf of ASL and will synergize the global business strategy with Teamsun Group. Mr. Leung will report to ASL Board directly.

1Mr. Lai became the Managing Director of ASL in April 2002. He was renamed as Chief Executive Officer effective from 1st January, 2010.
